Deine Herausforderungen

Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Berichten zu Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
Du arbeitest bei Kommunikationsthemen über verschiedene Kanäle, einschließlich der Erstellung von Beiträgen und Ankündigungen für die Mitarbeitenden Kommunikation mit
Du bearbeitest administrative Aufgaben wie das Erstellen und Aktualisieren von Berichten, Vorlagen und Dokumenten (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Du wirkst an Prozessen zur Förderung der Mitarbeiter:innenzentrierung und -entwicklung (z. B. Performanceprozess, Entwicklungsinitiativen, Employee Life Cycles, DE&I-Initiativen und -Veranstaltungen) mit
Du führst eigenständig Recherchen durch, um neue Themen zu entwickeln und potenzielle Umsetzungsmöglichkeiten vorzuschlagen
Du begleitest Business Partner People & Culture in Gremien und Arbeitsgruppen
Du unterstützt die Business Partner People & Culture in allen Themen der Personalbetreuung
