Who we're looking for: 

 

As part of our growing team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of sustainable product development. We’re looking for innovative, driven Team Leads in Project Management, specialising in Software Implementations, who are passionate about technology and sustainability to join us in building tools that enable companies to make smarter, more responsible decisions. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead talented professionals, contribute to cutting-edge projects, and help drive the digital transformation of industries worldwide. This role is a fixed, permanent position. All successful applicants will receive a permanent employment contract regardless of location. 

 

The role: 

 

  • Lead and manage a team of Project Managers, ensuring successful software deployment and customer satisfaction. 

  • Oversee and coordinate software implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. 

  • Develop and maintain implementation best practices and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project execution. 

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for project-related issues, ensuring rapid resolution and customer satisfaction. 

  • Establish clear communication channels with customers and internal stakeholders to align expectations and project goals. 

  • Ensure the continuous improvement of software implementation processes, identifying opportunities for optimization. 

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering professional growth and development. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, to enhance the overall implementation experience.

  • Master’s degree in Project Management or a relevant technical field/equivalent experience. 

  • Demonstrated experience leading software implementation teams or similar roles in SaaS environments. 

  • A background in electronics, construction, or chemicals.

  • Professional Project Management Certification from an accredited institution preferred. 

  • Strong understanding of software implementation processes, methodologies, and best practices. 

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

  • 3+ years of experience in software implementation or project management within a software-related environment. 

  • Experience managing complex data-driven projects where systematic approaches are key. 

  • Ability to analyze and optimize software implementation strategies. 

  • A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges. 

  • Residing in and legally permitted to work in the EU.
