All candidates must be able to operate any manufacturing equipment as well as be able to operate in a lead acid environment by following the safety, environmental and quality protocols, and procedures. This is an incentivized position with the purpose of covering for those on PTO or out sick. The right candidate will understand that the daily tasks may change and will need to remain adaptable to an everchanging environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Ability to operate different machines within a manufacturing facility</li><li>Able to load raw materials into machines.</li><li>Assists in monitoring machine functions.</li><li>Performs visual inspections for quality and quantity. Notifies others of problems or inconsistencies.</li><li>Enters data.</li><li>Meets quality requirements and standards.</li><li>Ability to work in hot and cold temperature</li><li>Ability to use hand tools and learn specific machine controls, gauges, etc.</li><li>Strong team skills</li><li>Ability to solve problems and recommend solutions.</li><li>Ability to complete any required documentation.</li><li>Highly dedicated with a proven record of excellent attendance.</li><li>Knowledgeable in all the manufacturing processes.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2 years of manufacturing/plant experience with a strong and consistent work history.</li><li>Required to remain in good standing with attendance.</li><li>Must be clean shaven</li><li>Able to follow instructions and procedures as expected</li><li>Can work any shift as required</li><li>All employees must follow strict hygiene rules including mandatory showering and lunch periods on site.</li><li>You must be able to lift 80 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.</li><li>Forklift Certification (preferred).</li><li>Basic English proficiency to interpret work and apply safety instructions.</li><li>Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).</li></ul>if you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
