We are currently seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, and knowledgeable Software Engineer Engineer to join our team supporting our continued growth and innovation to build interconnected and resilient communities.
Objective: As a Software Engineer Engineer you will be an integral part of our team, supporting the deployment of ecoLong’s software solutions such as: energy trading and optimization, [link], cybersecurity, [link], among others.
Primary Responsibilities for the role (including, but not limited to):
Automate the compilation, continuous integration, testing, packaging, and distribution of multiple software components
Monitor and improve operation performance and stability
Work closely with developers to tailor tools and solutions for rapidly evolving needs
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies or services to maximize operation efficiency and reliability
Ideal candidates will possess the following:
B.S.,/M.S., in Computer Science or a related discipline
Experience with Python, Java, or Go
Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes (a plus!)
Deep understanding of large-scale data systems and data pipelines including NoSQL, SQL, etc.
Experience with continuous integration and delivery systems like AzureDevOps, Circle CI, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A passion and interest in clean energy

Salary and Benefits :
Commensurate with experience annual base salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, and health and wellness benefits.
