Your mission In this role you will become a part of the Sungrow's Global Technology Empowerment Department and will work on global projects internationally. Below is the list of your main tasks: Technical Support &amp; Training<ul><li>Provide remote and on-site technical support for global product issues.</li><li>Train and mentor field technical service engineers.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Analysis <ul><li>Draft technical disclosures, operation instructions, and experience-sharing materials.</li><li>Compile FAQs and optimize product maintenance manuals.</li><li>Provide root cause analysis reports based on client requirements</li></ul>Product Improvement &amp; Development<ul><li>Track major product failures and coordinate with R&amp;D, PQA, and SQE for resolution.</li><li>Act as an IPD service representative, supporting product development and mastering product knowledge.</li><li>Analyze client service cases to refine serviceability requirements and compile reports.</li><li>Prepare and release maintenance manuals and training materials.</li><li>Gather and implement improvement suggestions based on installability, maintainability, and client feedback.</li></ul> Your profile This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, technically skilled professional who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about solving complex engineering challenges.  Since you will be working mostly on global projects, most of your working time might be in other countries, so openness to travel frequently is a must. Education: <ul style="list-style-type:circle;"><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul style="font-family:initial;font-size:initial;list-style-type:circle;"><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Experience with photovoltaic inverters, energy storage, and battery systems (preferred).</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Proficiency in SQL and Python for large-scale data analysis.</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Hands-on troubleshooting of electrical systems, firmware, and process failures.</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Familiarity with digital communication protocols (CAN, TCP/IP, DNP3, REST, Modbus).</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Experience with Linux-based applications and equipment.</li></ul>Language Skills: <ul style="list-style-type:circle;"><li>English at least on B2 level.
