Responsibilities:

• Leading, implementing, and supporting projects in the areas of Lab 4.0, Industry 4.0, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

• Technical responsibility (content, timeline, budget) for project execution and the quality of results.

• Presenting results to senior management and customers.

• Developing, enhancing, and implementing technical solutions for the automation and digitalization of laboratory and small-series processes.

• Connecting machines and testing equipment.

• Providing advice on potential development directions and future trends.

• Developing strategic proposals for investments, as well as for designing, managing, and optimizing internal processes.

Qualifications:

• Completed technical or scientific degree, relevant vocational training, or a comparable qualification with experience in research and development.

• Experience in managing and coordinating projects and service assignments with a strong customer-oriented approach.

• Advanced knowledge in data processing, programming, and machine networking.

• Independent, decisive, and goal-oriented working style.

• Strong organizational and presentation skills.

• Excellent communication skills with fluent German and English proficiency.
