Responsibilities:

• Be the go-to HR expert: You support and guide employees and leaders throughout the entire employee lifecycle — from hiring and development to offboarding.

• Partner with leadership: You work closely with local and regional leadership teams to advise on HR strategies, processes, and best practices.

• Plan for success: You manage the workforce planning process.

• Build strong relationships: You collaborate with works councils to ensure smooth, trust-based cooperation.

• Ensure compliance: You make sure all HR activities meet legal requirements and company policies, keeping everything fair, ethical, and effective.

• Shape local HR policies: You develop and oversee local rules, processes, and standards to fit business and employee needs.

Qualifications:

• HR knowledge: You have a completed degree or a comparable qualification, along with at least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Manager.

• Strong communicator: You know how to partner with local leaders, regional HR teams, and global functions – building trust and ensuring everyone’s on the same page.

• Stakeholder Management: You communicate effectively with experienced and influential stakeholders, such as senior leaders and employee representatives, skillfully balancing diverse interests and ensuring productive outcomes.

• Language skills: You’re fluent in German and English — other languages are a plus.

• Industry experience: Knowledge of the FMCG industry is a bonus, but not a must-have.

• Tech-savvy: Your experience with SAP and Workday is a big plus.
