Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Build lasting relationships with valued clients, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to expand market share and achieve growth.
• Harness market insights to stay ahead of trends and challenges.
• Navigate local government partnerships, aligning solutions with community needs and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure seamless preparation and submission of tenders, reflecting strategic excellence.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, achieving business targets.

Your skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• Collaborative leadership experience, with a passion for developing teams and inspiring individuals.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills—able to build connections and cultivate a positive work environment.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical abilities, including financial forecasting and planning.
• Experience in plastics (injection molding preferred) or advanced manufacturing. Resource renewal industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Proficiency with tools like SAP and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
