Your everyday work will consist of researching, contacting, and following up with businesses both small and large to develop relationships and expand Dcubed’s customers’ network, a truly key role in shaping the trajectory of the company's future. You will also be the face of Dcubed at conferences, events, and customer sites. You will learn the ins and outs of our patented space tech which enables our customers to get to space faster, better and cheaper. You will have the opportunity to work with, learn from, and, ultimately, outsell and outshine senior sales professionals as you accelerate your career development.  Here is what you bring to the table Must-haves: <ul><li>Experience in working with hardware (space HW or other high-precision industry products preferred)</li><li>Background or deep interest in space industry</li><li>Experience working in a customer interface in a BD or sales environment</li><li>Solid organization, multi-tasking and prioritization skills</li><li>Exceptional communication abilities and interpersonal skills</li><li>You have a strong urgency to complete tasks and have a measurable impact on the business</li><li>You show a strong bias for action combined with a natural inclination to take the initiative and own the result</li><li>Pay close attention to detail; strive for excellence when it matters </li><li>Willingness to travel for business trips/conferences/events </li><li>Fluent in English is a requirement for our diverse team environment, German is a bonus</li><li>Residence and work permit in Germany</li></ul>Nice-to-haves: <ul><li>Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in an engineering field - strong plus</li><li>2+ years of technical engineering - strong plus</li><li>2+ years of business or technical sales experience - strong plus</li><li>A large network of space contacts, preferably from NewSpace technology/hardware companies</li><li>CRM experience (preferably with Hubspot) </li></ul> In this role, your compensation model is base + commission. Your direct reporting line will be to the Senior Sales and BD Manager.  We provide a hybrid work model along with flexible working hours, empowering you as the owner of your time management.
