To support our growing office in Belgrade, we are looking for an administrative assistant to be a valuable part of our team, support our growing office and grow with us into more renewable future.

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and copying to management.
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and scan documents.
  • Creation and following of Purchase orders
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
  • Maintain office supplies for department
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Supporting HR to Maintain, control, and update administrative such as annual leave, attendance (absence), medical insurance, data base employee, etc.
  • Manage delivery post / courier schedule.
  • Supporting finance officer to prepare and check the payment for vendor and employee expenses.
  • Supporting finance department in maintaining databases and invoices following
  • Close communication with external accounting, ensuring correct and on time providing of all data and documents necessary
  • Support in planning of business trips / events
  • Supporting development and construction team structurally
  • classify and archive received/issued of all hard copy documents/approval/permits related with projects
