Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

Weiterentwicklung und kontinuierliche Überprüfung des QM-Systems gemäß den aktuellen Gesetzen, Vorschriften und Leitlinien
Vor- und Nachbereitungen sowie Begleitung von Behördeninspektionen und Kundenaudits, sowie Durchführung und Unterstützung bei internen Audits
Erstellung, Prüfung und Lenkung von SOPs und anderen QM-relevanten Dokumenten
Prüfung von Validierungsplänen und -berichten
Erstellung, Prüfung und Nachverfolgung von Abweichungen, Changes und CAPAs
Durchführung von internen Schulungen und Überwachung des Schulungssystems
Nachverfolgung von Kundenreklamationen
