Job Description
Albemarle is hiring for a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. This position is hybrid and located in Budapest.
What You Will Do
- Lead the implementation and execution of Lean Six Sigma initiatives, utilizing the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology to improve business processes.
- Identify process inefficiencies, reduce waste, and drive improvements in operational performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including leadership, to define project goals, develop strategies, and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Lead project teams to improve critical business processes that deliver process improvement and financial results
- Train and Mentor Green and Yellow Belts on the application of Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools.
- Act as a role model for Continuous Improvement, positively promote LSS to all employees.
- Add value and positively impact the organization through enhanced awareness and focus on Continuous Improvement
What You Bring
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Six Sigma Black Belt Required
- Experienced in leading Lean Six Sigma projects and delivery of CI training (Green Belt / Yellow Belt / RCA).
- Lean-Thinker.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
- PDCA, A3, Six Sigma DMAIC methodologies.
- Quickly adapt and correct course under changing priorities.
- Ability to travel as required.
Preferred:
- Minimum 3 years working in a Process Improvement, Quality or Operational Excellence organization
- Familiarity with other process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen or Agile is an asset.
- Experience in a remote work environment and working with geographically dispersed teams.
