Founded in 2016, Einride became the first company in the world to deploy a cab-less autonomous electric vehicle on a public road (Sweden, 2019). In 2022, we were the first to successfully operate such a vehicle on a US public road. Today our award-winning technology has been launched across 8 countries (and counting). Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies.
You will:
- Own the complete delivery of Einride's electric freight products and services to our customers
- Act as project manager and lead cross-functional teams to a go-live (incl. risk management, budgeting, internal and external management reporting, etc)
- Manage implementation of Einride's software platform and collaborate with product to optimize and digitize road transport and its operational solutions
- Assess, define and deliver improvement and scaling initiatives to increase productivity, quality and general operational excellence across teams
We expect you to:
- Several years experience within relevant business area/profile
- Hands on experience in road transport/logistics as well as experience in process mapping, software implementation is a plus
- Proven track record managing multi stakeholder projects and delivering individual business/operational improvement initiatives
- Verbal and written fluency in English
- Verbal and written fluency in German preferred
- Analytical skillset and good at solving complex problems / solution oriented
- Good knowledge and experience of using excel
This is a full-time position with a preference for Sweden or Germany, but Austria and the BeNeLux is also a possibility. We recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible since selection and interviews are held continually.
