We are seeking an accomplished Transaction Operations Manager to take a pivotal leadership role within our Sales Operations organization at Lucid. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the operational plans for your designation region to ensure the Transaction Operations Team runs smoothly and efficiently, ensuring excellence from the order process to customer deliveries. This position requires an experienced professional who can navigate complex challenges, innovate processes, and inspire teams to achieve high performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end transaction lifecycle, including title and registration processes, sales contract processing, and DMV compliance, while ensuring adherence to state and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically distributed team of Transaction Operations professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, and Order Operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and the accuracy of all vehicles purchase documents
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, driving data-informed decisions and achieving measurable improvements in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Act as an escalation point for complex customer interactions, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining the highest standards of service.
- Develop advanced training programs and materials to upskill team members and new hires, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service.
- Identify and execute process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and align with best practices.
- Manage the setup and operational readiness of new locations, including onsite supervision of Transaction Operations teams when required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role overseeing Business Office Administration, Sales Operations, or a similar function, with a proven track record of managing complex operations across multiple locations.
- In-depth knowledge of title and registration processes, sales contract management, and DMV compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive performance, and motivate individuals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional ability to think strategically and execute long-term objectives while addressing immediate operational needs.
- Proven experience in collaborating across departments to deliver major organizational initiatives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfort working in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments, with the ability to pivot and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Work Schedule: Our team operates 7 days a week with extended hours to ensure exceptional support and service for sales and delivery teams. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as we strive to provide coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of our dynamic and innovative environment.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. Base Pay Range (Annual)
$120,000—$150,000 USD
