We are looking for a proactive intern to join our Customer Rating Team for a 3-month internship. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in queue management, data analysis and improving customer experiences. You will collaborate with internal teams, manage workflows, and contribute to a key project aimed at enhancing the Rated Customer Experience. 

Key responsibilities:

• Session Allocation & Queue Management: Support the allocation of sessions with analysts, track Salesforce cases, and follow up with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing.

• Customer Experience Project: Contribute to a main project focused on enhancing the Rated Customer Experience, including researching, analyzing, and providing strategic insights.

• Data Review & Business Case Preparation: Analyze and review data to identify trends, support decision-making, and assist in forming comprehensive business cases based on your findings.
