Vor Ort führen unsere Wartungstechniker Reinigungen und Checks an den Geräten durch und sorgen dafür, dass unsere Leergutrücknahmesysteme gut funktionieren. Damit die Serviceeinsätze optimal geplant werden, suchen wir ein Koordinationswunder wie Dich!
- Bearbeitung von Terminanfragen per Email oder Telefon
- Erstellung von Angeboten für Dienstleistungen auf Grundlage der Vertragskonditionen
- Enge und kollegiale Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Technikern
- Vorbereitung der Rechnungserstellung in unserem ERP-System
- Unterstützung der Disposition von Wartungstechnikern
