We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate is a skilled writer, team player, and client advocate with marketing experience in clean energy and sustainability. They thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and they are ready and excited to learn about new technologies and products.
Strategic Development: Create and implement marketing and content strategies designed to build brand presence, enhance awareness, and drive lead generation for clients.
Content Creation: Generate original, compelling content for various platforms, including websites, landing pages, white papers, organic & paid social media, and blogs.
Project Leadership: Lead and participate in virtual meetings with clients to discuss strategy, deliverables, deadlines, and other project-related matters.
Creative Excellence: Advocate for and deliver high-quality creative outputs that enhance credibility, amplify brand awareness, and achieve business objectives.
Client Engagement: Regularly engage with clients to understand their marketing, communications, and creative needs, ensuring alignment with their goals.
Effective Communication: Maintain consistent communication with clients, internal team members, external partners, and vendors to manage expectations and project timelines.
Work Environment: Ensure a professional and organized home office environment conducive to productivity and focus.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
4+ years of work experience, with some direct experience in clean energy and sustainability.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of various types of content.
Experience in a client-facing management role, such as consulting or agency management
A passion for (or strong interest in) sustainability and clean energy.
Professional attitude and ability to demonstrate the highest values and professionalism, such as through courteous and professional correspondence, following brand standards for both design and writing, and timely communication.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Asana, Google Analytics, and HubSpot.
Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices and experience using SEO tools, such as Semrush.
Ability to track and analyze website and social media metrics using Google Analytics and other tools.
Experience in social media platforms and social media management tools.
The annual salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience. DG+ benefits for all employees include:
