🎯 CONTEXT
Founded in 2008, Photosol is a french originated photovoltaic independent power producer, specialized in large-scale ground-mounted power plants, agri PV and large roof. Today, the group has a portfolio in operation and under construction of 1,1 GWp, consisting of some 60 plants, and a portfolio under development of 4.3 GWp. Since 2022, Photosol is a subsidiary of the RUBIS Group, a French energy company listed on Euronext Paris. Rubis is specialized in fuel retail, liquefied gas, bitumen, and renewable electricity production across Europe, Africa, and the Caribbean, operating in over 40 countries. Today, Photosol is a global group that is expanding internationally with successful experiences in Europe as well as in the USA.
As part of its international growth, Photosol group has established an entity in Italy to achieve ambitious and exciting solar projects goals. Within the Photosol Italian Development Team, the development Project Manager manages and optimizes the development of assigned projects (greenfield and/or already partially developed) until a fully developed project with the aim to achieve the Ready to Build status within agreed timeline and budget.
🎯 MISSIONS
Manage the project to secure good quality within budget and time plan.
Control and report risks throughout the project in order to act proactive and secure a project that is constructible and attractive to the market.
Manage external consultants and lawyers.
Secure relevant permits for the project (Environmental Permit, Building Permit etc.) until achievement of Ready to Build status.
Secure Grid Conditions and a Grid Connections Agreements with the connecting utility.
Secure land access together with the Land Manager and the environmental expert.
Stakeholder Management – establishing good relationship with concerned stakeholders such as municipality, country administrative board, authorities, local associations, residents, and landowners.
Take part to Due Diligence for development related matters during an acquiring process.
Be up to date with relevant legislation.
Be up to date with the market in general and specially any surrounding projects to your projects.
Always act in a professional way and be an ambassador for Photosol.
🎯 PROFILE
At least 2 year of experience working as a Project Manager in renewables energy sector
Team player with a delivery-oriented mindset that can handle parallel workstreams while managing budget and time plan.
An adoptable mindset, good problem-solving ability and ability to build relationships due to ever changing conditions and the need to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
Minimum a bachelor’s degree, most likely in engineering, environmental science/law or any other related area.
Fluent in Italian and in English.
Good skills with the MS Office package in general.
