Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
- Innovate & Develop: Design new products and enhance existing ones by developing raw materials, processes, and product parameters that support our business strategy.
- Project Leadership: Define, plan, and execute projects, seeing them through from conception to successful implementation.
- Customer-Centric Support: Work alongside our commercial team and provide technical expertise to customers, ensuring seamless product integration and addressing any challenges.
- Optimization & Quality Control: Establish product specifications and implement productivity, capacity, and quality improvements.
- Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements through research and networking, incorporating new materials, processes, and competitive insights into product development.
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Material Science; advanced degree preferred.
- Language Skills: Professional-level English
- Skills: analytical problem-solving abilities, along with knowledge of scientific and engineering principles.
- Work Ethic: Independent, committed, and reliable way of working.
