Position description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive intern to join our Solution Consulting & Legal Team for a 3-month Internship Program. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in regulatory research, legal documentation, and regulatory enablement while contributing to internal communication and compliance-related projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support regulatory initiatives and legal processes that drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Legal & Regulatory Research: Conduct regulatory research and synthesize findings on due diligence and reporting regulations, presenting insights in both written reports and PowerPoint formats.

• Documentation & Summarization: Research and summarize practical legal guidance documents to support sales and customer success teams, promoting clear and accessible information.

• Regulatory Materials Preparation: Assist in preparing regulatory documents for frontline teams, contributing to the creation of the internal regulatory newsletter and other enablement resources.

• Project Support: Collaborate with the regulatory team to support the delivery of regulatory solution consulting (SC) and enablement projects, collaborating with timely and accurate execution.

• Competition Analysis: Support competition-related research with a focus on regulations, contribute content for the internal competition newsletter, and assist in responding to internal regulatory inquiries.

• General Regulatory Support: Provide ad hoc support across legal and regulatory projects as needed, in alignment with internal compliance standards.
