About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director - Commercial to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of a large project, you will be responsible for driving our commercial strategy and overseeing all aspects of our business operations to ensure profitability.
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of commercial professionals
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
- Oversee contract negotiations and manage key client relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and drive efficiency
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team
- Manage budgets and financial performance of the commercial department
- Represent the company in industry events and foster strategic partnerships
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations in all commercial activities
