About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in go-to-market strategy, positioning, and product marketing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for clearly articulating veritree’s differentiated value proposition in the nature tech space, helping internal teams and external partners understand not just what we do—but why it matters. You’ll lead the charge on launching new products, features, and planting projects, conducting market research, and collaborating closely with product, sales, and customer success to drive adoption and engagement.
Key outcomes for this role in the next 12 months include:
- Create optimum messaging and positioning to reduce the sales cycle timeline by 15%
- Develop integrated marketing plans and tactics to optimize our product conversion rate by 10%
- Assess and build market opportunities and segmentation to develop strategies for addressing new and existing targets
What will you be doing?
- You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product releases and planting project launches.
- You will conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to inform product positioning and messaging.
- You will collaborate with the Product Team to understand product capabilities and translate them into compelling marketing materials.
- You will collaborate with Planting Partners and Operations to understand project opportunities, updates, and outcomes, and translate them into compelling marketing materials.
- You will build content and train the Sales Team on messaging around new solutions, releases, and projects.
- You will create and optimize marketing content—including case studies, webinars, and blog posts—to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
- You will work with the broader Marketing Team to develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and adoption.
- You will analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
- You will work closely with the Revenue Team to develop sales enablement materials such as presentations, product demos, and FAQs.
- You will research, build, and iterate approaches to the pricing of veritree’s various platform offerings for planting partners, resellers, and corporate partners.
Requirements
Professional Requirements:
- 5+ years of applicable experience in a product marketing role, preferably for a SaaS company
- Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including sales enablement
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

A typical hiring range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 CAD per year with the final salary offer based on your qualifications, job-related skills, and relevant experience.
