Location: Sydney, Australia
 
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in defining business needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to document processes, workflows, and interactions, conduct gap analyses, and identify areas for improvement. Your ability to analyze data, provide insights, and support decision-making will be essential to our success.fdfd
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
  • Document processes, workflows, and interactions.
  • Conduct gap analyses and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Conduct meetings, feedback sessions, and workshops to gather requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and met.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation tactics.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on statuses, risks, and progress.
  • Participate in creating product documentation.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Experience in conducting gap analyses and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
