Duties within areas of responsibilities will be expected to change to meet the changing needs of our business.<ul><li>Set up and conduct tests on equipment, materials, or prototypes.</li><li>Record and analyse data to ensure compliance with standards</li><li>Diagnose and repair faults in machinery or systems.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and upgrades.</li><li>Inspect products and systems to ensure they meet quality standards</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of tests, repairs, and procedures.</li><li>Create reports for engineers and managers.</li><li>Recommend improvements or modifications when required.</li></ul>Education/Experience.<ul><li>HNC/ HND in Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.</li><li>Position requires basic mechanical and electronics experience, with an emphasis on electronic skills.</li><li>Requires knowledge of the principles of electronics and troubleshooting techniques.</li><li>Experience testing electronic assemblies using traditional tooling, such as multi-meter, oscilloscope, power supply, function generator, etc.</li><li>Experience using a variety of hand tools and machine shop tools, and equipment such as soldering iron, hand drill etc.</li><li>Basic MS Office skills including ability to open and create files in Word, create and manipulate data in Excel and use E-mail and calendars in Outlook.</li><li>Must have effective written and verbal communication skills; follow written and verbal procedures, instructions, read schematics.</li><li>Must be able to deal with frequent change, delays, unexpected events or ambiguity, and is able to multi-task to accomplish repair activities to completion.</li><li>Requires excellent analytical skills and sound judgment to ensure error-free repairs.</li></ul>Range of benefits include.<ul><li>Salary sacrifice-led pension plan that matches employee contributions up to 7%.</li><li>Free life assurance cover at the value of four times basic annual salary.</li><li>25 days holiday per annum plus 9 public holidays.
