About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Divisional SAP Workstream Lead for Service to support the rollout of SAP S/4HANA across our local service teams within the Liquid and Powder Technologies (LPT) Division. Your in-depth knowledge of business processes, data management, training needs, and SAP functionality will be critical to the success of this transformation.

In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Director – Customer Success and Service Excellence for LPT and work closely with the LPT Divisional SAP Team, with a matrix reporting line to the team’s manager. You’ll serve as the key interface between our service stakeholders and the S/4HANA implementation team.

Responsibilities / Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the SAP application and business process expert for the Service function within LPT, advocating for functionality requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between the S/4HANA project team and divisional service stakeholders.
  • Lead the project and change management efforts related to the S/4HANA rollout with a strong focus on Service.
  • Provide ongoing support to LPT service operations post-SAP go-live.
  • Monitor rollout progress and report updates to your manager, the S/4HANA rollout team, and LPT divisional leadership.
  • Act as the central point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across national and international sites.
     

Your Profile / Qualifications

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an industrial service environment (e.g., Field Service, Spare Parts Management, In-house Repair, or Equipment Rental).
  • Proven experience in leading projects and managing change, ideally within an ERP implementation context.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage costs under pressure.
  • Solid understanding of the SAP SD module; knowledge of the SAP Service module or service-related functionalities in other modules is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of the local language is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
