About the Job

Your mission

• Advising the European sales team on all contract law issues in general commercial law as well as on special legal topics, including regulatory issues.
• Drafting and reviewing sales / supply agreements in a variety of European jurisdictions
• Working on legal disputes.
• Further development and drafting of standard contracts and structures for the European organization of JA Solar.
• Train the European sales team on international commercial contract law.

Your profile

• Fully qualified lawyer under European jurisdiction and based in Poland. 
• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience as In-house Counsel in a multinational company, ideally in the field of renewable energy.
• Strong business focus and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of communicating complex issues in an easily understandable way.
• Interdisciplinary ability to understand diverse topics of a global corporate environment.
• Business fluent in English and at least one more Eastern European language, Polish is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking, intercultural competence, and team spirit.
