About the Job

Als Medewerker Human Resources ondersteun je de Manager Human Resources. Je voert administratieve en ondersteunende taken uit op het gebied van Human Resources. Je bent tevens aanspreekpunt voor HR gerelateerde vragen van managers, team leaders en werknemers.

Beheer personeelsadministratie/dossiers;
Beheer tijdsregistratie;
Verzorgen van alle benodigde documenten en correspondentie (opstellen en aanpassen arbeidsovereenkomsten, functiewijzigingen, uitdiensttredingen, etc.).
Verwerken van mutaties in ons personeelsinformatiesysteem;
Beheer ziek- en betermeldingen;
Zorgdragen voor uitvoering van de arbeidsvoorwaardenregeling en diverse interne regelingen;
Ondersteuning bieden in het recruitment proces;
Ondersteuning bieden in andere voorkomende HR projecten.
