Werkstudent:in für Pre-Sales für den Bereich Online Vertrieb von Photovoltaikanlagen und Wärmepumpen.
Diese Position kann sowohl in Berlin oder Hamburg ausgeübt werden.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du bist der/die erste Ansprechpartner:in für Interessent:innen vor Vertragsabschluss.
- Du vertrittst mit Begeisterung die Vattenfall Solutions Produkte und machst unsere Kund:innen auf Photovoltaikanlagen und Wärmepumpen aufmerksam.
- Begleitung der Customer Journey vom Erstkontakt bis zur Terminvereinbarung.
- Pflege und Ausbau langfristiger Kunden:innenbeziehungen.
- Du gewinnst Empfehlungskund:innen durch Deine positive Kommunikation und Dein Engagement.
