Job Description
This position will be responsible for the administration of the organization’s learning management system (LMS) and/or other systems used for training/qualification records. The role ensures accurate and efficient delivery of training content, manages completion of training and qualification records, and ensures compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Job Profile Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain learning pathways and completion timelines within the LMS to ensure internal employees and external contractors receive appropriate training specific to their role and regulatory requirements.
- Manage training and qualification records per procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify and monitor key data metrics to measure the utilization of the LMS and key capabilities or features and report on this information to key stakeholders across the organization.
- Serve as the point of contact for reports from the LMS to provide documentation of training compliance and qualification records for audit and regulatory requests.
- Stay current on new capabilities of the LMS and ensure continuous improvement of the system to enhance the user and organization experience.
- Support other members across the Training Team in training content management.
- Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.
- Serve as point of contact on the team for capabilities of the LMS.
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Job Profile Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or in lieu of degree, at least five years of experience in a training environment.
- Typically, five years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in LMS administration.
- Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, or similar content formats.
- Knowledge of training compliance requirements.
- General proficiency using various types of databases, learning management system tools, and Microsoft applications.
Location: 151 Lafayette Drive, Suite 300, Oak Ridge, TN
Work Site Expectations: 5 days a week in office
Travel: 10%
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri
Compensation
As required by Maryland and other applicable state law, X Energy, LLC (X-energy) lists the expected compensation range for a publicly advertised job opportunity based upon the job requirements (e.g. education/training, experience, skill sets, etc.). Individual candidates who meet the job requirements for the posted position will be offered a salary within this range based on their respective levels of education/training, experience, and other qualifications unique to them. Salary ranges may vary based on the specific office location and region referenced in the posting to take into consideration differences in cost of living and may not be reflective of all regions. Please note that compensation ranges listed for US job postings reflect base salary only and do not include benefits or other incentives.
A reasonable estimate for this position at the level of experience required is:
