Responsibilities:

1.Analyze the customer's RFQs, output internal test standards, technical standards and material definitions, and produce samples and bidding documents according to the customer's requirements.
2.Project development process, according to customer requirements for engineering development: raw material selection, pattern design, cost confirmation, sample trial, performance verification, as well as drawings and other technical information preparation and output.
3.Implementation and tracking of engineering changes
4.Investigate, research, search, performance verification of new materials, and select new materials to meet the requirements of the sample trial to meet new customer requirements and improve market competitiveness, and expand the company's product line.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in science and engineering (textile, polymer, mechanical, etc.).
2. 5+ years of experience in automotive interior product development.
3. 3+ years of experience in autonomous development projects for interior parts in automotive industry, experience in interior development for domestic NEV OEM is preferred.
4.Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system and VDA6.3 process development process, able to independently lead the team to deal with customer process audit.
5. Flexible thinking, strong pressure resistance.
