Entrerai a far parte del team Operations, dove avrai il compito di fornire supporto ai nostri clienti nel periodo post-installazione dei pannelli fotovoltaici. Sarai responsabile di garantire una gestione efficace delle richieste e dei problemi tecnici, assicurando un'esperienza positiva e senza intoppi per i nostri clienti. Il tuo ruolo sarà cruciale nel mantenere elevati standard di qualità e soddisfazione post-vendita, contribuendo al continuo miglioramento dei nostri servizi.

Ruolo e responsabilità:

Punto di contatto per i clienti dopo l'istallazione, risolvendo dubbi e problematiche per garantire una transizione serena.
Assistenza telefonica e scritta durante l'intero percorso, dalla firma del contratto al post-installazione.
Aggiornamento costante sui progressi del processo, fornendo risposte esaustive e mantenendo una comunicazione chiara e tempestiva.
Collaborazione con i dipartimenti coinvolti nelle fasi pre e post installazione.
