Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and quieter, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main barrier: charging.

Electra is constantly innovating to make electric vehicle charging easier, with a network of fast charging stations (20 minutes on average) and a maximally simplified user experience.

Based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Nantes, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan and Amsterdam, Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 15,000 fast charging points by 2030, proud to contribute to the energy transition in Europe.

• Deployed 500 stations and over 2000 fast-charging points.

💼 Your Mission

As Legal Manager you will be part of our local team in German, contribute to our targets and will work closely with the Managing Director of Germany. The position mainly includes 2 main areas of responsibility. On the one hand, the legal requirements of the local society and on the other hand, the daily business, which predominates.

Since we operate both project and service business, the legal manager will design and negotiate a variety of different contracts, e.g. lease agreements, construction contracts, framework agreements, project acquisition agreements and others.

🦸‍♀️🦸 Your Responsibilities

• Development and regular adjustments of our standard agreement drafts, e.g. LoI, framework agreements, lease agreements, construction agreements, etc.

• Lead the legal agreement negotiation at our clients and partners in collaboration with the Business Development and Operations Team.

• Support legally the Business Development Team in (public) tenders.

• Coordinate legal tasks between Managing Director Germany and cooperate Legal in Paris.

• Support Managing Director with M&A, corporate law, insurance, labour law and compliance related tasks.

• Create a legal understanding in the whole German team and train Business Developers and Project Managers on legal agreement discussion.

💚 Desired Profile

Hard skills 🛠

• You have a degree in legal and minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a legal environment dealing with corporate and day by day business.

• You can prove success in building customer relationships and achieving your negotiation targets.

• You have ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks with precision and deadlines and to work in a matrix organisation.

• You have a good understanding of the electric vehicle recharging market and ideally already gained some experience in the industry.

• You already worked with companies in retail, hotel, real estate, construction and/or fleet.
