Responsibilities

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Technical Lead specializing in ERP/EPM implementations, where you'll drive technical excellence in cloud implementations and integrations. In this strategic role, you'll architect and lead the delivery of sophisticated Oracle ERP Cloud solutions while mentoring and managing technical teams and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple organizations. This position offers the opportunity to shape the technical direction of major ERP/EPM transformation initiatives while working with cutting-edge cloud technologies and diverse client environments.

 

This is a temporary position until the end of March 2026, with option to extend.

Key Accountabilities

Role accountabilities include:

  • Lead technical architecture and design for Oracle ERP/EPM Cloud implementations

  • Develop and maintain technical solution blueprints

  • Direct integration strategies with legacy and third-party systems

  • Oversee and direct technical teams in development and deployment activities for all RICE components

  • Manage cloud infrastructure solutions and scalability

  • Lead technical aspects of data conversion and interfaces

  • Design and implement security architecture

  • Guide custom extensions and reporting solutions

  • Conduct technical discovery workshops

  • Provide mentorship to technical team members, Ensure solution quality and performance standards

Qualifications

Experience/Qualifications/Education Required

  • Bachelor's degree in RF Engineering or related field

  • 12+ years of technical implementation experience, Strong expertise in Oracle ERP/EPM Cloud applications

  • Proven experience leading technical teams

  • Deep knowledge of cloud integration patterns

  • Experience with enterprise-scale implementations

  • Technical architecture and design expertise

  • Oracle Cloud certifications

  • Experience with Energy & Utilities and/or Construction industry projects desirable

  • Background in solution architecture, DevOps and CI/CD experience

  • Change management expertise

  • Oracle ERP Cloud architecture expertise, Cloud integration methodologies, API development and web services

  • Experience in Security architecture principles, Data conversion strategies, Performance optimization techniques, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Risk management capabilities, Problem-solving abilities, Client relationship management, Agile development methodologies, Continuous integration practices

  • Working in a SOX regulated environment and experience maintaining audit quality project documentation is required.

  • Established proficiency in a variety of business applications, including but not limited to:

    • High proficiency in Project Management software tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, AzureDevOps, MS Projects and Monday.com required

    • MS Office Applications (Projects, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint) – Proficiency in VBA and Excel formulas preferred.

    • Visio, Lucid or other process mapping software

  • Demonstrated problem solving and communication abilities, including:

    • Managing multiple deliverables with competing needs and resource requirements.

    • Skill and toughness at driving resolutions and decision-making of complex conflicts/problems across a wide range of business stakeholders and interest levels.

    • Excellent organization skills and experience maintaining extensive and auditable documentation as needed.

  • Multi-cultural and multi-regional experience is highly preferred.

  • Renewable energy industry experience is desirable.

  • Ability to travel within the U.S. up to 5-10% of time.

 

 

The expected hourly pay range for this role is $75.00 - $100.00 USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education.
