You ensure that installation activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with GEA standards and project requirements.</p><p></p><div><h3>Site Installation Management</h3><ul><li>Take full responsibility for <b>site installation management</b></li><li>Manage <b>site logistics</b>, including deliveries and on-site material handling</li><li>Define and manage the <b>work breakdown structure (WBS)</b> of site activities</li><li>Supervise and coordinate <b>assembly teams and subcontractors</b></li><li>Act as the <b>responsible person for assembly quality</b></li><li>Ensure compliance with <b>time schedules</b> and continuously monitor <b>project status</b></li><li>Monitor <b>site costs and budget</b>, report deviations and risks to the Project Manager</li><li>Coordinate assembly activities with:<ul><li><b>Design / engineering departments</b>, including finalizing design studies on site when required</li><li><b>Customers</b>, ensuring smooth interfaces and alignment on site execution</li></ul></li><li>Manage <b>contractors</b> and ensure contractual and HSE compliance</li><li>Report site labor through <b>timesheet records</b></li><li>Ensure correct management and availability of <b>tools and site commodities</b></li><li>Hand over a <b>SAT-approved plant</b> to the commissioning engineers</li></ul><h3>Planning, Reporting &amp;
