This is a key leadership role focused on building scalable processes, fostering engineering excellence, and delivering operational success in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:10pt;">You’ll collaborate across teams to design, develop, and scale innovative products — while building structured, efficient, and future-ready engineering operations that support sustainable growth.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:10pt;">This role is ideal for a technical leader with deep process engineering expertise, strong manufacturing experience, and a passion for setting direction, driving execution, and building operational frameworks that scale.</span></div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers across multiple projects and initiatives.</li><li>Own the technical execution of New Product Introductions from concept through mass production, including process development, validation, and scaling.</li><li>Collaborate closely with R&amp;D, Cell Design, and Manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product transitions and manufacturability.</li><li>Build and optimize manufacturing processes, focusing on scalability, automation, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Oversee the design, specification, and validation of production equipment and tooling.</li><li>Drive strategic project planning: set timelines, manage budgets, allocate resources, and track to critical milestones.</li><li>Develop, implement, and maintain engineering documentation, including process flow maps, DFMEA, control plans, and DVP&amp;Rs.</li><li>Apply data-driven decision making through advanced data analysis, DOE, and root cause analysis.</li><li>Stay at the forefront of industry trends to identify and implement innovative technologies and best practices.</li><li>Foster a culture of technical excellence, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.</li></ul><h3>Experience and Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred).</li><li>8+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing environments; 3+ years in engineering leadership roles.</li><li>Proven success leading engineering initiatives in high-tech manufacturing sectors (e.g., automotive, advanced materials, semiconductors, energy storage).</li><li>Expertise in process engineering, process development, and process optimization.</li><li>Hands-on experience in equipment design, commissioning, validation, and production scaling.</li><li>Strong track record of delivering New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including full ownership of technical deliverables and production readiness.</li><li>Skilled in Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.</li><li>Proficient in statistical analysis and DOE execution; experience with Minitab or JMP preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with quality systems, including SPC, Measurement System Analysis, and control plan development.</li><li>Experience in chemical processing, film coating, vacuum systems, or roll-to-roll web converting highly desirable.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills with a strategic mindset; able to lead big-picture initiatives without getting lost in day-to-day tasks.</li></ul><br><div><b>About Us: </b></div><div>Natron Energy (natron.energy) is the future of energy storage.
