The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality output while contributing ideas and improvements to the wider team. The role also offers an opportunity to develop skills and experience towards a Manufacturing Technician career path.Key Responsibilities of the Role Will Include:<ul><li>Assembly &amp; Test - Assemble and test RF and electronic products using a range of techniques, including mechanical assembly, epoxy processes, PCB soldering and RF assembly, in line with defined build documentation. Follow detailed work instructions and test procedures to ensure consistent product quality.</li><li>Production Data &amp; Documentation - Accurately complete production records, build documentation and test results. Raise issues and support updates to documentation to ensure it remains current and reflects best practice. Fault </li><li>Finding &amp; Repair - Support fault finding and repair activities for production issues and customer returns within agreed timescales. Work with Engineering teams to feedback recurring issues and support long-term improvements.</li><li>Health, Safety &amp; Compliance - Work in line with all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements, including ESD controls and COSHH regulations.
