Lucid Motors is currently seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Supply Chain Systems. The Product Manager will help us to understand Lucid supply chain stakeholder needs, prioritize, and implement solutions to digitize and streamline supply chain operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the development team to define the product's specifications and vision
  • Gathering and prioritizing product and stakeholder requirements 
  • Translating business goals into specific software requirements 
  • Prioritizing features that best address stakeholder needs and provide ROI to Lucid
  • Set sprint goals and detail user stories for the development team
  • Overseeing the development process to ensure the product meets quality standards and is delivered on time
  • Representing the software development team's interests to customers and stakeholders
  • Monitoring and tracking project progress, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions
  • Managing project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and documentation of project-related decisions and changes 
  • Making tradeoffs between features, schedule, and costs 
  • Analyze data to validate product goals and adapt strategies accordingly

 

You Bring: 

  • MSc/BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ experience in product management or related field
  • Solid technical background with software development understanding
  • Effective collaboration skills with software development teams
  • Strong work ethic with demonstrated history of owning and solving customer issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to think tactically and strategically, drive for results, and continuously drive innovation 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Experience with agile methodologies is a plus
  • Experience in automotive or manufacturing field preferred
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
 
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$140,900$193,710 USD
