Position Overview: 

The Program Manager - Organization Change Management & Implementation is responsible for leading enterprise-wide organizational change management initiatives across Marine operations. This role serves as the primary architect for change management strategy, working closely with IT/Shared Services leadership to ensure successful implementation of major technology and process transformations. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Lead and oversee major enterprise/organizational change management programs within Marine North America 

• Coordinate with IT/Shared Services Leaders, HR, and Change Management Leadership on strategic initiatives 

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies including stakeholder management, impact assessments, risk analysis, and communication planning 

• Direct the implementation and training programs for enterprise systems including Copilot, Dynamics 365 CRM, and IFS 11 

• Oversee onboarding programs for technology platforms including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate 

• Evaluate and monitor new AI use cases, process automation proposals, and project charters 

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization 

• Develop and implement training and support programs to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes 

• Monitor and evaluate change management program effectiveness and ROI 

Education and Experience:  

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) 

• 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Learning & Performance, and Employee Enablement 

• Proven track record leading large-scale technology implementation projects 

• Demonstrated experience with AI and automation technologies (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI) 

• Experience with enterprise systems such as Dynamics 365, IFS, SAP, or similar platforms 

• Strong background in change management practices, training development, and training delivery across multiple modalities

• Advanced project and program management skills 

• Proven ability to lead and influence across organizational boundaries

• Excellence in presentation and facilitation skills 

• Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously 

• Experience with data analysis and ROI measurement
