How you’ll make an impact
You will refine the production control process. Formulate detailed production plans based on the master plan and production capacity. Monitor production progress in real-time and adjust resource allocation promptly to ensure production plans are completed on schedule with high quality.
You will supervise employees to operate strictly in line with quality standards, collaborate with the quality department to analyze and resolve quality issues during production, prevent non-conforming products from moving to subsequent process.
You will supervise employees to strictly implement the inspection plans for equipment and tooling, communicate and coordinate in a timely manner with the equipment and IE teams to ensure the normal operation of equipment and tool.
You will collaborate closely with departments including engineering design, master planning, material planning, quality control, IE, equipment management, warehousing & logistics, provide timely feedback on production-related problems and requirements, assist in conducting skill-based training and safety training for production employees to improve their professional skills and safety awareness.
You will collect, organize, and analyze various production data to identify potential problems and improvement opportunities, offering data-driven support for production-related decision-making.
You will review technical plans, WI, quality control documents, work liaison sheets, etc. received for production, coordinate relevant resources to ensure the feasibility and executability of production instructions and complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
Bachelor`s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or related majors.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in production engineering in the manufacturing industry.
Candidates with production management or engineering design experience in HV instrument transformers or disconnectors will be preferred.
Good data analysis skills and be able to use data analysis tools (Excel, etc.) for production data analysis.
Open-minded, strong learning ability and team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, and a steady personality. Be proficient in reading and writing English, and able to read English documents.
