About the Job
Skillset we are looking for
- Experience working in a chemical lab
- Any electrolyzer / test bench design and operation would be a plus, but not a requirement.
- Master's degree in engineering, with chemical engineering/chemistry experience
- Foundational knowledge in mechanics eg. fluid mechanics, compression, pressure
- Proficient in applying engineering principles to solve technical problems and streamline operations
- Capacity to maintain industrial machinery and prevent equipment shutdowns
- Comfortable dealing with international and diverse teams
- Detail-oriented, strong analytical and organizational skills, clear and effective communicator
- Passion for scaling climate solutions, commitment to take action, and strong work ethic
- English is our daily work language

Our process
- 2 x 30 minute intro call with the team to understand your career expectations, and answer your questions
- 60-minute technical video call with a presentation about yourself and brief case study, followed by technical questions, with Fanny (Head of MEA Engineering) and David (Co-founder & CTO)
- Cofounder interview with Sarah (Co-founder & CEO)
- Onsite interview to meet the team, see the lab & have lunch with the team!
- A series of reference calls with provided contacts
