About the Job
Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben
- Du priorisierst, terminierst und begleitest unsere Smartmeterinstallationen
- Dabei, triffst du wichtige Entscheidungen bezüglich des Installationszeitpunkts sowie des Tagesablaufs unserer Installationsteams
- Dein Ziel ist es, unsere Teams voll auszulasten und jedem/r Kund*in so schnell wie möglich eine Smartmeterinstallation zu ermöglichen
- Du bist für unsere Handwerker*innen stets verfügbar und unterstützt diese bei Fragestellungen
Dein Background
- Du bringst praktische Erfahrung im technischen Bereich mit, hast idealerweise eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über hervorragende Planungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent, kannst aber bei spontan auftretenden Herausforderungen leicht improvisieren
- Du kannst eigenständig arbeiten und scheust dich nicht davor, Entscheidungen zu treffen
- Du kommunizierst gerne mit Kund*innen und willst mit deiner Arbeit die beste Lösung für unsere Kund*innen finden
