You will work closely with Leadership and cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives that enhance employee engagement and streamline processes. This role is ideal for someone who’s agile, detail-oriented, people-focused, likes a fast pace and looking to grow into a more strategic People Operations role over time. <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li> Employee Lifecycle Support: Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and internal mobility, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience. </li> <li> People Operations Program Execution: Support core People Operations programs such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, wellness initiatives, DEI efforts and recognition initiatives. </li> <li> People Operations Data and Analytics: Maintain employee data in the HRIS, ensure accuracy and compliance, and help generate HR reports and dashboards.
