Lucid Motors is seeking a motivated and experienced Procurement Intern to join the European Procurement Team organization. This role will actively support our Global Supply Managers for all procurement activities including Logistics, Sales, Marketing, & Retail in Europe.  As a Procurement Intern, you will support the Procurement team by assisting in the procurement process, vendor management, data analysis, and administrative tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics procurement, including sourcing, pricing comparison, and operational coordination.

The Role

Support Procurement Managers with:

  • Supplier Management: Support the procurement team in sourcing and selecting suppliers, helping to gather quotes, and comparing prices and delivery options for logistics-related services or products.
  • Purchase Order Management: Support the creation, tracking, and management of purchase orders. Ensure all POs are processed in a timely manner and align with procurement policies.
  • Support Reporting and KPIs: Assist in preparing procurement reports and updating dashboards. Help monitor and track procurement metrics such as supplier performance, order accuracy, and delivery timelines.
  • Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as updating supplier records, maintaining procurement documents, and assisting with invoicing issues.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the logistics, finance, and operations departments, to ensure efficient procurement processes

Qualifications:

  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week) for a period of 6 months, starting on September 1, 2025.
  • Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree student as Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics or equivalent education.
  • Experience in the Automative industry is a plus.
  • Able to effectively work both individually and within a group in a high-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Smartsheet, Tableau knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
