Our growth depends on providing technical expertise in the domain of energy procurement & markets that empowers our sales team and builds customer trust. As a Solution Engineer, you enable ARR growth by designing tailored solutions, ensuring our offerings are clearly understood by all stakeholders, and continuously improving feedback loops to enhance our product and customer experience. What You’ll Achieve
Within your first 6–12 months, you will:
Deliver technical pre-sales support for qualified opportunities, renewal, and upsell cases that leads to significant ARR closings and customer retention
Continuously review, optimize & setup energy procurement processes and related documents
Drive energy procurement decision making with timely and rigorous analysis & data-driven insights
Educate and support internal teams (mainly Account Executives and Customer Success)
Be the interface between product & commercial within procurement
What Sets You Up for Success
Strong technical background in energy markets or energy procurement solutions, alternatively 1-2 years of top-tier consulting experience
Proven ability to communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and business audiences
Experience supporting sales teams in B2B environments
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Proficiency in German (C2) and English, both written and spoken
How You’ll Grow
Associate Solution Engineer → Solution Engineer → Senior Solution Engineer → Lead Solution Engineer (depending on experience/performance)
Deep industry, product, and customer knowledge can also open future transitions to other roles within the Product / Commercial Org
