About the Job

Du begleitest Live-, Hybrid- und Online-Events technisch – von der Vorbereitung bis zur Durchführung
Du übernimmst den Aufbau und die Einrichtung von Audio-, Video- und Streamingtechnik
Du konfigurierst virtuelle Eventplattformen (z. B. Zoom, MS Teams) und betreust Teilnehmende während der Veranstaltung
Du koordinierst Präsentations-Setups, verwaltest verschiedene Quellen (Splitscreen, Presenter View) und sorgst für eine klare Darstellung auf Projektoren und Screens
Du bist verantwortlich für die Einrichtung stabiler Verbindungen und reibungsloser Signalwege (Audio/Video/Netzwerk)
Du führst Technik-Checks und Probeläufe durch und reagierst im Live-Betrieb souverän auf auftretende Störungen
Du arbeitest eng mit anderen technischen und nicht-technischen Teams zusammen und bringst dein Wissen aktiv in Projektabstimmungen ein
Du kümmerst dich um die regelmäßige Wartung des Equipments und hältst Soft- und Hardware auf dem aktuellen Stand
