• Manage Accounts Payable functions during the month and at Month End Closing
• Process AP invoices to record in the General Ledger
• Research invoices and related Purchase Orders discrepancies and resolve issues
• Prepare selected invoices for payment and prepare batch backup for each check run
• Establish working relationships with Other Departments and Locations regarding AP Activities
• Develop working relationships with Third Party Venders and Inter Company Venders
• Work with Interco Vendors on Month-End Reconciliations
• Reconcile AP General Ledger Accounts and resolved any issues 
• Preform other AP duties as needed
• Manage Account Receivables functions during the month and at Month End Closing
• Process AR Cash Receipts to record in the General Ledger
• Research invoices and related Purchase Orders discrepancies and resolve issues
• Establish working relationships with Other Departments and Locations regarding AR Activities
• Develop working relationships with Third Party Customers and Inter Company Customers
• Work with Interco Customers on Month-End Reconciliations
• Reconcile AR General Ledger Accounts and resolved any issues  
• Preform other AR duties as needed
• Preform General Ledger Activities during the month and at Month End Closing
• Create and record Journal Entries
• Update and maintain reports monthly
• Working closely with other Co-workers on any AR, AP, or General Accounting items
• Preform other General Ledger duties as needed
• Assist with any special project as necessary
• Participate in completed the Yearly Budget Cycle
