Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced individual to take the lead on the continuous development of our internal communications for our global organization. As Director, Global Communications, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the executive leadership team, HR, and the Freudenberg Group's communications network to inform, inspire, and connect our nearly 4,000 employees worldwide.
Your Impact:
Strengthen our Global Communications: Expand and maintain internal communication channels and concepts that connect employees across countries and functions.
Execute the Strategy: Translate our business strategies and priorities into clear messages that provide orientation and support company-wide implementation.
Advisor to Executive Leadership: Consult the CEO and executive team on all matters related to internal and external communication—with a particular focus on the German-speaking region.
Employer Branding: Collaborate closely with HR to position FHCS as an attractive employer—both internally and externally.
Influence the Organization: Develop campaigns and storytelling formats that inform, motivate, and reflect the diversity of our company.
Group-wide Interface: Represent FHCS in the Freudenberg Group's global communications network and exchange best practices.
Qualifications:
Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a comparable field.
Extensive years of leadership experience in internal communications within a complex, international organization; experience in the industrial or consumer goods sector is a plus.
Strong consultancy skills at top management level.
Proven track record in developing and implementing internal communication strategies.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
Strong team player with intercultural intelligence and a passion for impactful communication.
