Responsibilities:

• Clarify the requirement from related user;
• Sourcing for Cost control/Yearly cost saving: Within SCM team, execute the yearly procurement target such as cost saving, quality as well as supply risk reduction, to leverage internal and external situation and determine the outsource opportunities.  
• Merchandise Sourcing (outsourcing / trade): Support R&D/ Product management/Commercial to find resource, in order to enlarge our core business scope and intimacy with customer.
• Buyer: Support daily purchasing order routing process.
• Other duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Chemical, Polymer, Textile related Engineering.
• Willingness to Travel regularly within China region.
• Preferred Location:  Changzhou citizen or willing to relocated to Changzhou
• Understand the Procure-to-Pay process
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Chinese native speaker and English (both verbal and written)
