Your mission We are looking for you! Your role is to support our business by designing, implementing, and deploying data science &amp; advanced analytics projects on a modern cloud infrastructure. As part of our core data team, you’ll work at the intersection of business and technology—collaborating with stakeholders across the EV charging ecosystem to solve real-world challenges with data.  As a Data Scientist, you will take responsibility for the design, development, and operation of data-driven solutions as well as support on quantitative activities as a technical expert. In particular: <ul><li>Collect, pre-process, and prepare data from a variety of internal and external sources</li><li>Explore and analyse and apply statistical, machine learning, and operations research techniques to solve business problems</li><li>Employ feature engineering to enable both algorithms and stakeholders to grasp complex data problems</li><li>Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Data Analysts and Business Owners to deploy scalable solutions</li><li>Build insightful dashboards and reports, taking ownership of key BI assets</li><li>Contribute to the development of our data strategy and champion a data-first mindset across the organization </li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>3 years of experience as a professional Data Scientist</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills</li><li>Comfortable working both independently and in cross-functional teams</li><li>Be a highly motivated self-starter with a flexible, can-do attitude</li><li>Excellent interdisciplinary communication and team skills</li><li>Fluency in English (German is a plus)</li></ul>
