Head of Finance

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Own and run all key finance routines, like payment approvals, cost tracking, invoicing, and revenue collection
• Coordinate with our external bookkeeping partner, making sure everything stays accurate and timely
• Build and improve pragmatic processes to keep things organized without overcomplicating
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for internal and board use
• Review and flag costs, track approvals, and keep an eye on “who signed what”
• Oversee insurance and other financial compliance basics holistically (not just from one angle)
